Sessions begin at the treadmill area.
Ensure you have warmed up for five minutes before beginning the session.
best acheived from a speed 6 walk and level 5 incline,
Sessions will be up-to 60 minutes in duration.
There is a structure to be followed, this may take 50-60 minutes.
Ensure your app is set up and loaded with the relevant workout for that day, as follows.
Please only book the amount of sessions your package allows.
