I didn’t grow up confident or shredded. I built all of that the hard way - through anxiety, self-doubt, setbacks and showing up on the days I wanted to pack it all in.
I used to work in office jobs - sales, admin, recruitment - chasing targets, overworking, under-living, and pretending I was fine. But deep down, I felt stuck. Mentally flat and physically exhausted.
As a Type 1 diabetic, I knew the way I was living wasn’t sustainable. Eventually, I stepped into a gym just to feel something different. It didn’t change my life overnight. But over time, it gave me clarity, energy, and direction.
I got qualified. Started helping others and realised this was more than a hobby - it was a mission.
More Life was born from that space - a place where people rebuild themselves.
Not just physically, but mentally.
Not chasing perfection, just progress.
Not trying to be someone else — just finally becoming who they are.
Now, I coach from experience.
I lead with honesty, humour, structure, and zero BS.
