
I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received from Scott and Helena in helping me work towards my fitness goals. I've never done group PT before and thought it would be a bit daunting but it is actually the opposite. I definitely don't regret my decision to join More Life. The sessions are encouraging, motivating and I feel stronger and fitter than I have been for a while! Scott always pushes me to my limits! There is a great atmosphere and vibe and I actually look forward to my sessions!

More life coaching is a fun and friendly Gym environment. Small group sessions that everyone gets to know each other, everyone helps each other achieve their goals. Scott is always on hand to push you, guild you through the sessions and work solutions that work for you. Social events / coffee walks all help you keep moving but aid the friendly environment. More importantly it works, the weight is coming off. Something I’ve struggled to do on my own over the last few years just going the gym alone. Highly recommend if you need the help and guidance. Cautions it gets a bit addictive.

Joined More Life in August 2025 and it’s been such a journey! Meeting new people, going to social events, being able to actually lift weights. Things I would have been reluctant in doing years ago. My confidence has increased and when you see that improvement on your body, it’s the best feeling. Even better when you can share that feeling with someone at the gym, who is going through the same as you! Would always recommend More Life to anyone who wants to improve their fitness level and be better for themselves!
